CLIENT BRIEF - MEDICATION REVIEW
For this client-led brief, we were asked to design something that would convince people to book their medication review to save Ashgrove Surgery in Pontypridd money and time. The fact that people were only receiving on months worth of medication at a time made Pharmacists jobs much harder. There was already a warning system in place however wasn't working.
I thought about the best way to get my message across and decided to make a leaflet that goes inside the Pharmacy bags. This way, my outcome went directly to the people it was aimed at. I also designed an online booking system that made it easier for people to make an appointment through the website and not have to wait in long phone queues.
